Four one-day Facilitator workshops:
- Day One - Orientation and preliminary skill development
- Day Two - Advanced skill development
- Day Three - Advanced skill development
- Day Four - Evaluation and future planning.
- Four site visits from USQ IDEAS Training Team/IDEAS Support Team members*:
- Visit One - Interpretation of Diagnostic Inventory results with staff
- Visit Two - Analysis of successful Practices to generate Schoolwide Pedagogy
- Visit Three - Action planning for full implementation
- Visit Four - Sustaining the work of IDEAS and community connection.
*NOTE: A team of trained Facilitators from the 1998 - 2004 IDEAS Project - the
IDEAS Support Team will be available to participate in site visits.

The opportunity is provided for School Facilitators and IDEAS School Management Team members to become accredited to join the IDEAS Support Team to assist other sites through IDEAS.
Cost for three semesters of
IDEAS engagement for schools joining the program to encompass the above support components will be negotiated according to cluster location and school size. Schools will be able to pay a per semester cost for the three semesters for their
IDEAS engagement.
Commencement dates are predetermined to allow cohorts of schools to be engaged in a local cluster model to benefit from the support of the
IDEAS team and their fellow participants.
