- Two one-day Facilitator/ ISMT training workshops (regional) Workshops will be responsive to school needs and will cater for advanced skill development for school-based facilitators/ ISMT and Principals as well as evaluation and future planning.
- One site visit from IDEAS Training Team/Support Team members* to provide expertise and support tailored to school's IDEAS journey.
*NOTE: A team of trained Facilitators from the 1998-2004
IDEAS Project will be available to participate in site visits.

The opportunity is provided for School Facilitators to become accredited to join the IDEAS Support Team to assist other sites through IDEAS.
Costs for IDEAS schools 1999-2004 continuing with
IDEAS in this phase will be negotiated with regard to the location and size of the school, and for a one semester engagement.
